Peter Winkelman was founding partner of the MEI group in the Netherlands. He was responsible for building and developing the MEI offices in the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Romania, Bulgaria and Russia. As a partner was also involved in the management and implementation of all listed Funds and of many projects.

Peter Winkelman graduated from the Technical University in Groningen, with a focus on electrical engineering and information technology, and then Rotterdam Erasmus University, majoring in business economics and finance.

Tomas Horak is working for MEI since 1998 and as the director of the Czech office he was responsible for the Czech team and managing the investment projects, due diligence procedures and acquisitions in the Czech Republic.

Tomáš Horák graduated from the bachelor study in the University of Economics in Prague, Faculty of Finance and Accounting with a focus on accounting and financial management.
